In October 2018, St. Catherine of Siena Parish welcomed Rev. Fr. Chistopher M. Martel as its fifth pastor.  Fr. Chis was born on July 15, 1982. He attended Fransciscan University at Steubenville OH and Mundelein Seminary in Mundelein IL. He was ordained on June 6, 2009. 

Following his ordination, he served as Parochial Vicar at St. Michael Parish in Exter, St. Mary Parish in Newmarket and Christ the King Parish in Concord. In 2012 he was assigned as Pastor at St. John Neumann Parish in Merrimack where he served until his assignment at St. Catherine of Siena.

In addition to his assignment as pastor, Fr. Chris also serves as the Diocesan Coordinator of Internal Priests and serves on the Priest Personnel Assignment Board.

Fr. Chris is well known for his selfless service to God and for shepherding his flock by his holy example.
